    Generation Z -  Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) 

Did you know that Generation Z youth don't like working for others, in fact, they like working for themselves and themselves only.  Over 41% of Gen Zers plan to start their own business and become entrepreneurs. What I do is provide Generation Z youth with a digital course and entrepreneurship training and they learn to start and lead their own businesses. I do so through my Passing The Baton To Youth Entrepreneurs program which requires them to develop a business plan. This is a community impact program that mentors youth to achieve success.
